Welcome to Spliethoff Agents

New computer and communication systems onboard the vessels and contracts with satellite providers made Spliethoff decide to route agent communication with the vessels via the website in this new "Agent Information System" (AIS).

Spliethoff will send the messages to the vessels and no costs are incurred anymore for the agent. Consequently Spliethoff cannot be debited for any such charges.

Via this system messages can be sent to the vessels calling ports under your agency in the form of telex or e-mail with or without attachment.

• European Customs rules require separate Street, ZIP, City and Country information.
  This made it necessary to change the Shipper/Consignee/Notifiers screens on the "Edit BL" page.
